Amber Nursing Necklace Review

This lovely baltic amber nursing necklace is great to wear while you’re nursing, so your wiggly baby has something to play with. And when you’re not nursing, it’s anti-inflammatory properties will help mama, too!

Baltic Amber Nursing Necklace Review

I’ve always had baltic amber teething necklaces for my babes. They have the toughest time with teething and I’ve found it does seem to take the edge off, plus it’s safe jewelry and looks nice, even on my boys! So when Sparks of Amber contacted me to ask if I’d review their amber nursing necklace, I got really excited as I’d love to have a necklace like that for myself!

Anyone who’s ever nursed a very wiggly baby knows how frustrating it can be. Griffin, my third boy, is by far the most wiggly. He only nurses in a quiet room because he always wants to be in the center of the action with his brothers, and even then, he can be quite wiggly. When he was younger, it was hard to get him to get a full feeding and I could tell he needed something to fiddle with while nursing to calm his energy. So I was so excited to have a piece of pretty jewelry that he could actually play with and didn’t mind if he pulled it!

Nursing Baltic Amber Necklace

This one is built very sturdy so your baby can pull and tug on it while nursing. I can attest to it’s strength as my wiggly wump was yanking on it like a toy, and it never broke! I find it keeps him still and he’ll nurse longer when I’m wearing it. Plus, I think it’s a beautiful necklace and I like wearing it to add a natural touch to my outfits.

Sparks of Amber uses amber that comes straight from Lithuania and is pure. When amber is against your skin, the heat releases succinic acid, which is absorbed into the body and has anti inflammatory properties that are said to relieve pain like that of teething, arthritis and more.

I highly recommend this necklace and think it would make a unique, meaningful gift for a new mama. You could also buy the matching bracelet, and a necklace for your baby, too! See more here.
