This e-book has helped me tremendously to get Baby Ella into a routine and schedule during the day so that she sleeps at night! It has actually worked – she sleeps 6-7 hours the first stretch and 4 the second since she was 3 weeks old! And I’m not letting her cry it out or anything – the schedule during the day trains her to sleep like that. There’s also an app I have on my phone that goes with the book.
