Bacon and Veggie Quiche – Grain-Free and Real

A delicious, very simple recipe that can be grain-free or have a crust, up to you. The bacon can also be omitted or replaced with another meat.


  • 8 eggs, the more orange the yolk, the better
  • 2 bunches of green onions, chopped
  • 1 red or green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 pound canadian or regular bacon, chopped like lardons (small pieces) (optional)
  • 8 ounces of coconut milk (I like this one)
  • 4 drops lemon essential oil (where to buy)
  • 1 tsp. sea or Himalayan salt (where to buy)
  • ½ tsp. black pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
  2. Add all the ingredients to bowl and stir.
  3. Pour into a greased pie dish (I grease mine with coconut oil or butter).
  4. Bake for for 25-30 minutes, or until the middle of the pie is done (poke it with a knife).
