Instantpot Dairy Free Broccoli “Cheese” Soup

This Broccoli “no cheese” soup is a cinch to whip up. Hearty and jam packed with nutrients.


  • 1.5 pounds of broccoli, trimmed and cut into florets
  • 1/2 onion sliced
  • 4 cups of bone broth (or any broth you have on hand)
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried organo
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil

After cooking, stir in:

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 34 tbsp nutritional yeast


  1. Add all of the ingredients minus the coconut milk and nutritional yeast to your Instant Pot.
  2. Cook on manual pressure for 10 minutes (it will take about 5 minutes to come to pressure)
  3. Quick release
  4. Add the coconut milk and nutritional yeast
  5. Blend with an immersion blender till it’s the consistency you love
  6. Enjoy!
