Enjoy these delicious, natural gummy candies packed with antioxidants and protein!


  • 1 cup organic fruit juice (freshly squeezed is best, or organic not from concentrate)
  • 4 tbsp. grass-fed gelatin (where to buy)
  • 1/2 cup Ningxia Red (where to buy) (could substitute homemade kombucha)
  • 2 tbsp. local raw honey


  1. Heat the fruit juice over the stove until bubbling (doesn’t need to boil)
  2. While it’s heating up, pour the gelatin into a bowl.
  3. Pour the heated juice over the gelatin and whisk or stir it briskly until combined and dissolved.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well.
  5. Pour into molds and cool in the fridge for 1 hour.
  6. Store in the fridge for 1-2 weeks.
