Dehydrated Veggies Chips

These veggie chips are a great way to get your kids to enjoy eating their greens!


  • 34 zucchinis
  • Oil (optional)
  • Salt & seasoning (optional)


  1. Wash veggies
  2. Slice thinly
  3. Toss with oil and seasonings if desired
  4. Lay out on trays or baking sheets lined with parchment paper
  5. Dehydrate at 135F until completely dry (about 15-20 hours) or bake on lowest setting till dry
  6. Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container
