Ditch the artificial colors, preservatives, dyes and unhealthy sugars to make this super healthy pumpkin spice creamer recipe that uses simple, real and natural ingredients.

Instructions

In small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together heavy cream, pumpkin, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice. Add cinnamon sticks if you’re using those. Bring to boil, whisking occasionally, for 1 minute, then remove from heat and let creamer cool in pan 5 minutes before using in your coffee. If you have an immersion blender, you could also use that to blend the creamer really well. Add the essential oils once it cools to preserve their health benefits. Add whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon, if you’d like that, too.

Store leftovers in refrigerator for up to 1 week. Shake well before using.

Notes

You can use any milk you like. To make it dairy free, try almond, coconut, cashew or oat milk. My favorite for this recipe is coconut milk because I really like the flavor and the healthy fat content.

2 tbsp. of Maple Syrup makes it slightly sweet. If you want it to be sweeter, you might want to add another 1/2 tbsp. or more.
