Oil Pulling Made Easy with Homemade Chews
Ingredients

- 1 cup of high quality coconut oil
- 10–15 drops of Clove essential oil for adding cleansing properties (other oils that work well are Thieves, Tea Tree, Peppermint, Lemon, Orange, and more!) (where to buy Young Living essential oils)
- Silicone mold
Instructions
Mix the oils together thoroughly and spoon into a mold of your choice. A silicone spatula makes this really easy.
Place the mold in the fridge until the oil has hardened then remove the chews and place them in an airtight container in your fridge.
I recently included this cute silicone mold in my Favorite Kitchen Tools post and it makes this process so easy! The silicone mold is flexible and allows you to easily remove the chews once hardened. In a pinch you could put the oil mixture into a glass baking dish and then cut into small squares once hardened.
