In the first part of the course, we focus on changing how we see our possessions. We move away from the mindset that “more is better” and that that accumulating possessions equates to success and fulfillment. Without this step, the habits we learn later on won't stick! I share with you latest research on clutter and its profound impact on our mental and emotional well-being. Together we discover how decluttering can enhance our overall quality of life!

Module Two

Create Small Habits to Prevent Clutter & Mess

Next we learn the power of small habits that prevent piles, mess and clutter from forming in the first place. These habits are so simple and quick that even if you're juggling a full-time job outside the home, you can easily incorporate them into your daily routine. You'll learn the SECRETS those “Pinterest moms” always seem to know to have such organized and clean homes.

Module Three

Completely Declutter One Room or Space

Lastly, you choose one room or larger space in your house to declutter. I want you to see results quickly as that keeps you motivated and excited to continue! Each day you'll have one small decluttering task that will take no more than 15-20 minutes to complete. When the course is finished, you will be able to use the steps (with the workbook to help you, also) to continue decluttering your house, room by room. You can come back to the course at anytime for more tips and motivation.
