One Load of Laundry a Day

I don’t know about you, but in my house, we have never ending laundry! And if I don’t constantly stay on top of it, I’d literally drown it in, LOL. We have four kids, so I have to do one load of laundry a day at the minimum to stay on top of all that must be washed. Otherwise it piles up and then I get really overwhelmed and stressed.

My Laundry Hacks as a Mom of Four

This is a time when I also delegate. My three boys are old enough to do their own laundry. They each have their own laundry hamper. When it gets full, they bring it to the laundry room and wash, dry and fold their clothes themselves. I do often help them, especially if I need the washing machine or dryer while they’re at school, but in general, it’s their responsibility. My husband has offered to help or take over the laundry many times, but I’m fine doing it myself and even enjoy it! My mom and grandmother were the same way.
