Hookin On Hump Day #18 – Link Party for the Fiber Arts
Welcome to Hookin On Hump Day, the blog hop party where artists who work with fiber are featured and welcomed! That includes: crochet, knitting, sewing, felting, embroidery, cross-stitch, and other similar crafts.
A big thank you to all the bloggers who participate! I get so much inspiration from you. Before we get onto the party, make sure you check out my huge crafting giveaway I have going on! I’m giving away $175 in yarn products from Red Heart Yarn! It’s also a blog hop, so there are 50 other bloggers giving away some gorgeous handmade items. Enter here.
Now, onto the party! Here are the most clicked projects, which also happen to be my favorites as well.
TIED for #1! Braided Fingerless Gloves by Hanni from Hannicraft – this is a FREE pattern with an excellent photo tutorial that makes it easy to make and follow along. I love the texture and pattern of these gloves!
TIED for #1! Mandala Crochet Pattern Ta-Dah by Susan of Felted Button. Mandalas are amazing, and Susan’s doesn’t disappoint. WOW! And this is such a great idea to make it into a stool cover! What a great way to display your hard work.
TIED FOR #2 – Autumn Sunset Infinity Scarf from Moogly Blog – Oh wow, I love this FREE crochet pattern and design! Since it doesn’t get terribly cold here in the south, I could see this being a very useful scarf here and I’m just gonna have to make one, maybe just for myself! I love the color, too.
TIED FOR #2 – Sunny Sock Monkey Hat by T’Onna of Navy Wifey Peters. I love the colors she used on this hat and it just turned out SO cute!
Great job everyone! Now go grab your I’ve Been Featured button and relish in the spotlight. I’ll be pinning you on my Pinterest Board and featuring you on Facebook and sometimes Google+!
